these days, people are so much sleep deprived, that they are not able to concentrate on their work and always feel lazy.
prolonged Lack of sleep may lead to Insomnia, raised blood pressure, diminished productivity, etc.
Now dont have Sleep deprivation. Have tension free Sleep, and have Sound, adequate resting sleep so that you ccan find yourself Energetic again.
